The meeting was called to order by President Nancy Fried at 1:00 PM in her home.

Two Board positions were eliminated: Coins for the Cure and Corresponding Secretary. Notice of future Executive and Board meetings will be sent by E-mail by the Recording Secretary. Please check your e-mail
Motion made to have 4 co-chairs for the Golf & Tennis, Sandy Kanin, Joan Haberman, Liz Maschler, Peter Fried. Motion passed.
Maddy Krauser new board position - Member at large.
The Rose is being revamped. Franne Dickman's committee is compiling info and new material. Before The Rose is sent out it will be proofed by Norma Davidson and Carole Beris.

Membership - Carol Beris: The new directory almost proofed. Checking price of printing to determine amount to order. The form for volunteers is getting another revision. JoAnne suggested putting the new volunteer form in The Rose. Barbara Janower is the Volunteer Chairman. She should be contacted by Committee Heads to call the volunteers they need. Yearly Dues $35. Life Member $300. Leslie Seiff starting a BWCRU Men's Division. Notice will be in The Rose. This is not a separate entity. All Membership checks go to Carole Beris.

Treasurers Report - Eileen Locker: We gave The Pap Corps $363,000 this year. We are starting the new year with the required balance.

Education & Program - Fern Rod: November 3rd Opening Breakfast - Will Have a Fashion Show - Rose Mayerowitz is the Fashion Coordinator. Looking for more trendy boutiques and different models. Tutsie Lipkin will deliver the invocation. Hope to have Drs. Goodwin or Rosenblatt as speakers. A suggestion is to have door prizes as part of RSVPs to encourage RSVP. Perhaps a makeup session with Barbara Weill.
May 4th Breakfast Closing Meeting - Neiman Marcus cosmetic vendors, dermatologist, maybe Dr. Johr. Also Chance For A Cure. January 26 Breakfast Education Meeting. JFK Speaker Bureau -Nutrition "Fighting Cancer With A Fork", Pharmacology. Also Sylvester resources.

Fund Raising - Faith Book: Card Party - Sandy Konsker & Arlene Karyo.
Chance For a Cure - Marcia Meyers & Maureen Kudler.
Walkathon - Lois Feldman

$325 Golf & Dinner (same as last year). After budget meeting decide other prices.
Sandy Friedwald is donating Regent Cruise, may use as a Raffle.
Nov 6th - Clearview Gallery in Mall near Saks 5th will have Cocktail Party to view Art Work. They will donate for our Auction.

Cultural Arts: July 16th Theatre party at Florida Stage "Dream A Little Dream - The story of The Mamas And The Poppas - $70 including lunch at Key Lime House. Twenty (20) tickets sold so far we have 40 altogether.
January 12th - BW Home Tour 3 Homes and Boca gallery Center & Lunch.
February 13th - Phyllis & Billy Mack - Home Palm Beach great collection - $250.
March 26th Biltmore Hotel, Coral gables Lunch & Bus included.
April 22-23 Norton Museum, Ansel Adams & Georgia O'Keefe.

We received a note from JoAnne Goldberg our past President thanking everyone for their hard work and making her job easier. Also thanked everyone for the Plaque in her name. Also a note from Tutsie Lipkin in appreciation of all our good wishes to her in her new position as President of the Pap corps.
