EXECUTIVE BOARD
MINUTES JANUARY 15, 2007
The meeting was
called to order by President JoAnne Goldberg. Minutes of previous meeting were
read and accepted.
Treasurer's
report was that from June 1, 2006 to date we have given the Pap Corps
272,220.75.
Membership
Report: Carole Beris
Members to date: 1,070. In order to keep our membership list up to
date, if mail is sent to an address other than Boca West, please contact
Carole.
Cultural
Activities: Nancy Fried
January 29th Home Art Tour - sold out.
February 20th Jazz Concert featuring Jimmy Cavallo - to be held at
April 25th Evening theater party at Florida Stage -The Ginger
Rogers story told in music.

May 4th - Trip to Culinary
Institute. Cost is $85.00.
Fund
Raising: Fern Rod
As of this month:
Pap Angels - 5 completed 3 new.
Royal Crown - 6 ongoing Royal Crown members
Plaques: $1,950.
Friends and Founders: 3 members
Tributes: $3,701
Golf and Tennis: Grossed $320,000. Net was $210,000.
Card Party: We have 400 reservations. Raffle prizes
are needed
Chance for the Cure: Letters and raffles are being printed.
Price will be $50 per chance, 3 for $100, and
7 for $200.
Walk-A-Thon: To be held Saturday March

Service Project:
60 shawls have been packaged in gift bags and labeled. They are to
be delivered to
New Business:
Eileen Locker suggested we form a men's division. Rita Seiff
will investigate.
Pap Corps has two new project items for sale:
a coffee mug and a decorative license plate.

will be held on February 19, 2007 at 1:30 for Executive Board and 3:30 for
