The meeting was called to order bt President JoAnne Goldberg at 3:30PM in the Bridgewood Meeting Room.
MINUTES: Minutes were corrected cencerning the number of Pap Friends BWCRU has. The Unit to dae has 10 Pap Friends. Minutes accepted as corrected.
TREASURERS REPORT: Eileen Locker
From January 21 to February 18 we took in $51,252,75. WE expended $16,909.64 for an overall total of $34,343.11. To date we have given Pap Corps of $
MEMBERSHIP: Carol Beris
We have 58 annual members that have not renewed for this year. This is after a nice renewal card was sent. Carole will e-mail this list to the Executive Board members so they possibly can speak to some of the unpaid.
CULTURAL ARTS: Nancy Fried
The February 6 and 7 Art Trips were fabulous. Gloria Holder, who acted as Docent, did a professional job. A total money of $6,437 was raised. Total monies from both January and February Art Tours have brought in a Net Profit of $23,104.
February 19th Swing & Jazz at Spanish River Church @$26. Eighteen tickets have been sold.
March 8th Cleopatra is sold out.
April 3rd Jewish Museum and Holocaust Memorial - $80. To date, there are 18 reservations.
EDUCATION: Gloria Berkowitz
February 11th Education Meeting although wonderful, was poorly attended. Many, who signed up to attent did not show, including Board members. We paid for 50 people who were not there. Speakers were informative and well received by those that were there. These meetings should be continued in future years. Board voted that meetings beside the Opening and Closing Meetings, there should be a minimum charge to defray the cost.

Chance-For-A-Cure and slide show of 2007 BWCRU Pictures. Carol Beris made a motion to have a limited Boutique for this meeting. Vote passed. Gloria to select vendors.
LIOSON: Tutsie Lipkin
Tutsie reported on new findings in Cancer Research. She will have copies of her report made for Board members.
NOMINATING COMMITTEE: Tutsie Lipkin
Tutsie announced tha names for the committee. They are as follows:
Eileen Locker, Carole Beris, Rita Seiff, Liz Maschler, Marcia Meyers, Harriet Locke and Judy Whitman. Debbie Steiner is to sit as Parlamentarian.
FUND RAISING: Fern Rod

Tributes - $4,093 charged, $3,303 received this month.
Plaques - this month one plaque for $1,654
Friends - We have 10
Pap Angels - 2 payments
Card Party - to date we have 470 people attending. As time has expired for only Boca Westers.
Executive Board voted to allow outsiders. Information will be put onto Channel 63.
Walkathon - responses coming in slowly
Chance for A Cure - Letters will be mailed on March 13 to the entire Boca West.
DONOR: Donor credit for the current year will end April 1 for the luncheon. After that date and before May 15, it will be applied to a charm or stones. If anyone wishes to attend the luncheon and needs additional credit and purchases Chance For A Cure tickets, those credits will apply. After May 15, there will be no Donor Credit given until June 1, 2008. Credits cannot be transferred or carried over. Letters will be ready for stuffing on March 31.
